Artificial intelligence is transforming the world our students are growing into - and educators have an incredible opportunity to help students become creators of AI, not just consumers of it.
We are excited to invite 4th–8th grade educators to participate in the micro:bit CreateAI Pilot Program, a year-long professional learning experience designed to help teachers confidently bring AI exploration into the classroom through movement, creativity, coding, and hands-on learning.
Using micro:bit CreateAI, students will explore how machine learning works by connecting physical movement to AI-powered experiences in ways that are engaging, approachable, and meaningful.
What Participants if selected Receive:
- 10 FREE micro:bits + wearable straps
- Ready-to-use classroom resources
- 7 online lessons with slides and supporting materials
- Ongoing support from BootUp PD including:
- Virtual kick-off session
- Webinars and office hours
- A welcoming educator community
No Prior Experience Needed
No background in AI, coding, computer science, or data science is required. This program is designed to support educators at all experience levels.
